Well, C isn't life is full of irresponsible LE interactions with the citizenry it works for... that the VA citizens have failed to reign in their LEs over this abuse of power just cuz the nice LEs can park and hide to use their expensive taxpayer paid radar speed gun(s) so the nice LEs can generate revenue from the poor working class citizenry ~ mainly out of state drivers who pay the fine and not challenge the ticket in court! Take...illegally ~ nawl, the nice LEs wouldn't do that would they? [sidebar - you decide if this was tongue n cheek!]
