• I installed it myself. All you need to do it take it out of the box and plug it in to the cigarette lighter outlet.

• You can install it yourself. There are YouTube videos on how to install it if you want to direct wire it to your fuse box or tap into a powered rear view mirror if you want to go that root. I'm not a very handy guy but I installed mine tapping into my auto dimming rear view mirror .
