I have been running this detector for about 1000 miles. Have received KA band alerts from both front and rear average to see first indication of Ka band is 1.5 /2.5 miles both front and rear . I have this moiunted on a mirror mount and swap between my Corvette and Mustang, consistent results in both vehicles.

Take a chance you won't regret it.
