It is completely legal in all states except 2. You can google which states it is illegal in. I live in Illinois and it is 100% legal here. But I would suggest you take it off from your windshield or where ever it's mounted when/if you still get pulled over. Cops don't like seeing it (they can't ticket you for it though).

Radars are legal in most states. You will need to check the laws in your state to see if you can legally use.

I love to go fast and yes it's legal in every state except Virginia and Washington D.C.
