• Yes. Depending on how tight you secured the locks it may affect the strength of the cabinet once it is reassembled.

• yes just unscrew the screws and you can start over

• In my experience, we took it down and when we put it back together it was soo wobbly. I wouldnt recommend taking it down and trying to put it back together.
