Based on Eufy website the specs on the Homebase 3 Connectivity is 802.11 b/g/n 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.

The other cameras, like the indoor pan/tilt cameras, are able to connect over 2.4g network. Eufy has said that there will be an update to the Cam 3 that will allow them to connect over a wifi network, but did not state whether or not that would include 5g.
