“The box says it's 2k but when I checked the quality on the camera it said it was only 1080. That is very misleading and Deceptive. Even the camera has 2k printed on it.”

it is misleading!!! continuous recording is @1080p, and only Moments are recorded in 2K. from the manufacturer description: Ultra-Clear 2K Resolution: View any real-time moment in ultra-clear 2K resolution. meaning Only the Moments are in 2K.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Misleading? Maybe. Depending on how you look at it. 4K tvs are 3840 x 2160. The higher number was selected for advertising purposes. 1080 is 1920 x 1080. Technically you can follow the same logic as 4K and advertise the largest number.

But it all comes down to your home Wi-Fi. In order for ANY camera to record or stream in high quality you must have a really good WiFi signal and speed.
