“The description says wireless and then when you go to specifications it says hard wire. Every time I try to find a wireless camera it comes up with this one but it's hardwired??!!”

It has to be wired into a junction box on your home, but you connect to the camera and use it wirelessly through the app. Wired power, wireless functions. Specifically, you want to put it on one of these round waterproof junction boxes that your home probably already has if you have an existing floodlight.
