You don't need special software to retrieve videos from the SD card of the eufy Smart Wi-Fi Video Doorbell. Video recordings are stored locally on the SD card and are encrypted using AES-128 bit encryption. You can access these recordings via the eufy Security app directly without removing the SD card. However, if you prefer, you can remove the SD card and use a computer to access the files. The doorbell is designed to work with Micro SD cards of Class 10 and above, up to 128GB in capacity. If you use a computer, ensure the card reader supports Micro SD cards.
