• The eufy Security - SoloCam S40 only works on a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi. If your Wi-Fi sometimes switches to 5GHz, the SoloCam S40 will not be able to connect to the 5GHz network and will only function on the 2.4GHz band. To ensure compatibility, you may need to configure your router to separate the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks or have the SoloCam S40 connect exclusively to the 2.4GHz network.
