Please try again later.The eufy Security - SoloCam S40 is designed to work via a 2.4GHz WiFi network and is managed through the eufySecurity app. This app can be downloaded on mobile devices or accessed via a home PC. However, it does not have the capability to call or send text messages directly to a cellular phone that lacks internet access. Communication and alerts from the camera are relayed through the app, which requires an active internet connection for notifications to be received on your device. If you are looking for functionality to communicate via SMS or calls to a phone without internet, this is not something the SoloCam S40 is capable of.
