Do Not Disturb Periods: If the robot is operating during "Do Not Disturb" periods, the self-emptying function might not work. Check and disable this setting if necessary. Cleaning Cycle or Time: Ensure the cleaning cycle meets the required durations (e.g., lasting more than 15 minutes) to activate self-emptying. The robot might also be set to empty after a specific number of cycles. Check the eufy Clean app to ensure that the frequency and timing of self-emptying are correctly configured. If the feature still doesn’t function as expected after checking the above points, there may be an issue with your device.
