I had one in my tower, ran fine with Vista, I did go duel monitors, but can't remember if I did that before or after putting in Win7, but it should be good. The full GB of on board RAM is great with video editing, gaming, or just using multiple media players. I currently have really stepped up my video editing stuff so I jumped up to a Sapphire card with 2 GB of RAM and duel HDMI .

as far as this working on windows vista yes the graphics card should work on your device as long as you have a slot for a graphics card. and as for duo monitors yes this graphics card can be set up to duo monitor.
