Does it work on any desktop? i have a Dell OptiPlex null

This will work on any computer that has a PCI Express 2.0 slot.

I doubt that it will work on your dell. It does come with two different rear panel plates but I don't know how you could interchange them when the board itself is too big. It turned out for me that I didn't have to use the graphics card because I figured out that my memory card were for a server system and not a desktop PC. So I bought new memory sticks and things work fine. Sorry I couldn't be more help but I think you are going to have to search for cards specific to the Optiplex.
