Yes they are and yes this is for the SSC version. The FTW version requires an additional 6 pin comnector as it is 120w and only adds an additional 13Mhz to the base and boost clocks (1379/1493) and is ~169 MSRP.

As far as clock speeds go I have not checked. But I will say that the video card is fast and does not show any signs of flutter or any negative aspects. I may not be the best person to ask as I don't do HEAVY gaming.
