• There will be no difference in performance. Temp wise maybe however, considering this card has low power consumption, you'll be fine. :)

• Only difference is slightly lower clock speeds. Shouldn't be too big of a performance hit.

• Single fan is quieter. It doesn't need 2, unless you want to overclock. Low power and heat output. Get the single if you can find one in stock. I'd still spring for the 4 GB version though.
