• Yes. Installation is exactly the same. If the graphics card requires external power make sure your power supply is up to par. Also make sure you get Nvidia GeForce experience. Create an account and install your drivers. That's everything you should need to know. Also if you need help YouTube is awesome!

• Sure why not PCIe your golden things to consider length, extra cooling. power supply, OS and available cabling to power the GPU.
