• The 3060 XC is actually one of the more common cards in stock. You can expect a drop every two or three weeks from Tuesday to Thursday and at 11AM EDT to 2PM EDT. However, they can sometimes drop out of that timeframe, so I'd recommend using HotStock for notifications if Best Buy drops more stock.

• Never really. Every two weeks you have a few minutes to try and get into the queues for various cards. Times and days are randomish.
