Yes. The Ryzen 5 3600 is a CPU and has no bearing on compatibility with the GPU. I would recommend going to pcpartpicker and picking both this GPU and CPU and then a motherboard that would work with both. The motherboard determines compatibility. As far as working ‘well’ together, they are both very good options and will last a while.
