This card can use up to 215 watts on its own. A 180 watt power supply would not be sufficient. Typically, the power supply is expected to power the other components of the computer as well. (There are some interesting techniques to use multiple power supply units to get around that, but they are rarely used except by individuals that are engaged in using graphics cards for mining or other multi-GPU heavy activities.) How large of a PSU you need will depend on the rest of your system. If you know the maximum power draw required by your CPU, RAM, motherboard, storage drives (NVMe, SSD, HD, etc...), attached USB devices and so on, then you can calculate the minimum PSU required to power your system. Note that it is normally recommended to have additional headroom above and beyond that minimum. Without knowing more about the configuration of your system, I can't say exactly how large of a PSU you would need, but for a typical desktop PC, you should expect to require at least 550W. I would recommend that you go higher than that though if you aren't sure how to calculate the total power draw for your system. (I am working under the assumption that your motherboard has an available PCIe 3.0 x16 slot available for the graphics card.)
