I don't think so, most Dell computers have proprietary parts that can't be replaced by generic parts and Power Supply units tend to be those parts. Also verify if the shape and cables are the same diameters and combination. I won't recommend buying it for your Optiplex, better get the OEM one. Hope that helps! Luis
