You should have no issues with this Power Supply replacing yours. It has two 4-pin CPU connectors if you decide to get a Mobo that requires an 8-Pin. It's a 20+4 Main, and plenty of peripheral connectors.

The single rail voltage on this PS will adjust for any fluctuation. Be aware. First, one I got from BB was DOA. Had to return and get another. I think BB likes to repackage returns and resell as new. Other than that. It's a great PS. Handling 3 hd and an I 5 proc and cheapo video card.
