Hi, for Power Supply, the bigger always the better. It won't surge or overload your components especially your Motherboard
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Works great for me with ryzen 7 1700 and gtx 1080. I even have 8 fans , rgb lighting and a 120mm liquid cooler.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.500 watt PS is actually a bit over kill for what you've listed unless you plan on 5 SAS drives. However you cannot supply to much via PS. As far as power surges go--best way to prevent is a high quality USPS. Be sure to verify it is a true sine wave -not modified sinewave. (NOTE ALL MANUFACTURES MAKE BOTH). I've built about 20 computers that have ran for 15+ years ( mom still uses amd operton CPU with x300 vc and mechanical drives)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unless a more trained professional can explain why this WOULD happen...(as I am not one). I do NOT see this happening to your PC...you are also asking a forum so take that info and do as you must.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is my understanding that this will just provide you with the extra horses if you ever decide to upgrade your system. I don’t think it will endanger your system unless you have a faulty power supply or a non certified power supply.
