Yes. It has two 6+2 PCI-E power connectors. That will be fine for your 570.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.YES! However, a 600 Watt Power Supply is only good for ONE Graphics Card. If you intend to SLI (use 2 nVidia graphic cards) or use AMD Crossfire configuration. I really suggest you purchase a 850 to 1000 Watt Modular Power supply if able to spend an additional $40 to $100. This EVGA 600 Watt does not have Modular Cables which mades cable managing bulky and a mess. I prefer spending good money on a well known Quality brands such as Corsair, Seasonic, Be Quiet, Thermaltake, and NZXT. - EVGA once made really good Quality units but in recent years not as good as those I had just listed. You will find that this EVGA 600 Watt is quiet and capable to support your AMD RX 570. Again, if you plan on installing 2 video cards in the future as a 600 Watt is not efficient to supply power to 2 GPU's , your money is best spent on a 850 Watt modular or 1000 Watt depending on your budget. Enjoy! Have a great New Year in 2020.
