• Yes this will run any desktop PC made in the last 10-15 yrs, unless you a have a super huge graphics card or multiple graphics cards.

• Yes, but if you have more power demanding specs such as a i9 9900k or a 2070 super or higher this PSU the EVGA 600W May be a little to weak for it. Short Answer: Do some researh on how power hungry your pc specs are.
