its the lowest 80 plus certification but its better than some psu that dont even have a rating

When I got my white power supply it was faulty, I recommend getting a bronze over the white

It's good enough for a low spec or mid spec pc, would be perfect for an Apu or a lower power gpu something where around 250w I wouldn't trust it to Handel much more than that if u expect it to last.
