- Answer I use this device to go from camera, Sony FDR-AX53, HDMI output to USB on laptop (takes 2 USB ports), then use OBS software to steam live to FB or YT.

- Answer If you look on the pictures it’s say 120hz that means 120fps which means you can use this on Xbox series x at 120fps your welcome
