Yes on or off and you can also change the sensitivity of the motion sensor.

You can set the motion detection sensitivity, and you can even designate the area that you want the camera to detect motion. (In the attached picture, I blocked the camera for my privacy, of course). I really like this security camera because you can use a micro SD card to store and view recordings, and not have to subscribe to cloud storage services (that’s available as an option too). This EZVIZ C1C camera is inexpensive, but it works great! I recommend it.
