Try renaming the camera (e.g hallway camera) then add the other one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check within the app- under Lan, if you can see the camera in question it is connected to your WiFi just not registering the internet. Then uninstall the app. reboot your phone/device, reset camera, re install the app. Try to install the offline camera first, you may have to try to install manually. I had the same happen with one of mine- I really don't know why it suddenly registered after about 4 hours of trying. Some of the routes I took: Manual register, picture of code, reboot router, reboot device, reboot phone, plugged into different outlet. What seemed to work about 95% of the time: use two devices (Phone or tablet or computer): - Use the Hot spot feature on your mobile phone to create a Wi-Fi connection. Turn off your home router Step 1: Turn on the hot spot feature of mobile phone A, when setting up the mobile hotspot, make sure the ssid and password is the same as your router’s ssid and password. Step 2: Configure mobile device B to join the Wi-Fi that you just created on the mobile hotspot (connect to the Wi-Fi of mobile phone A) Step 3: Connect the mini using mobile device B to the hotspot created on mobile phone A Step 4: When Wi-Fi configuration is successful, and device is now online, turn off the hot spot feature of mobile phone A. Step 5: Turn on the power of your router; the device will connect to the router’s Wi-Fi automatically
