Q: QuestionManual volume reduction on top of video screen moves the level visually but doesn’t turn down the sound. Anyone have a good way to turn down volume while music is playing? Most times asking to turn volume down, or turn volume on level one does not work.

• A:Answer I have two people currently on my Portal (me and my husband). I'm not sure if there's a limit to the number of users. All users have to be on Facebook, first of all. Consequently, the users FB photos would scroll, so with multiple users, you'd have photos from everyone. That may be problematic, if there are perhaps any inappropriate or offensive photos coming from one or more of the users. Hope this helps. You could probably google this question.
