• I noticed that as well. That it's $89.99. I figure it's because it's the digital edition. The physical copy seems to make it cost more.

• This is because it is the steel book gold edition, you could find the other gold edition as well here and other websites

• It might be because you are looking at a digital copy that does not come with the steelbook.

• All of the physical copies are the steelbook edition which includes the useless book for $10 more.
