• Usually when you're playing a digital game you don't need to have a disc inserted. For Far Cry 6, when you get the PS4 disc version and upgrade to the PS5 version which would be the PS5 digital version, you would still have to have the PS4 physical disc in the system to play the PS5 digital version. It's only a minor inconvenience.

• That is if you buy the disc ps4 version of the game and want to play it on a PS5 eventually. You'll need the disc on PS5 just as you did on PS4
