When you get the email with the code the instructions are there. Go to http://www.amdrewards.com/ log in/make an account then enter the code

On the email BestBuy sends after your AMD 5000 series purchase there will be a game code (a long string of jumbled letters). Copy that game code then go to www.amdrewards.com and follow the instructions. As of right now (11/30/20) you cannot download the game anyway as it does not release until Feb 2021. But if you go to the above website, make the account and follow the process including putting in the game code it will activate a purchase of the game tied to that account so when it is closer to release date a downloadable game key will populate and appear.
