I preordered on February 9th. Best Buy never sent the preorder DLC code that was advertised on their product description. Customer service told me to contact their digital support team. Their digital support team told me to contact Square Enix. Square Enix told me to contact Best Buy customer support. Complete run around, and no preorder code. Makes me wary to preorder future games through Best Buy.
