• No. There are currently 4 ways to obtain a dynamic theme for the game. A Sephiroth dynamic theme is given as an Amazon preorder bonus. A Cloud and Sephiroth theme is given as part of the Playstation Store preorder bonus. There will be a theme available for download in April for those who have downloaded the remake demo from the Playstation Store. There is also a theme available as part of the Butterfinger promotion.

• As far as i know, you can grab up that theme on the PS Store for free. Now, there is another one that is promotional thru eating some candy, along with some nice dlc.
