“So im not getting an option to have the game shipped to me as it says store pickup only. Is there anything I can do about that as I cannot leave to go to the store and I prefer Physical over Digital”

I preordered the regular physical copy and had it shipped to me. I suspect this game is running out everywhere now. That could be why it is store stock only. Maybe you could call your closest store and find out if it's actually in stock. Maybe they can set that up manually.
