From what I gather, you get everything at the same time buying this version, so you have to wait until StormBlood comes out before getting to play any of the expansions. If you are trying to get a head start, I suggest just preordering the standalone StormBlood expansion then purchasing a download of a similar "complete" edition that just has the original and Heavensward expansion in the same download, which is similar in price as the complete edition that is coming soon.
