• A:Answer Hi, Unfortunately, this unit is intended just for Propane gas. The manufacturer won't recommend to convert the unit to natural gas due to the components.

Q: Questionfirst time to fire the heater up this year and i followed directions and when i start the heater and hold button down for 30 seconds when i let the button go the heater stops and i tried waiting 5 minutes and repeated lighting and results are the same -
