Make sure you are not recording another channel at that same time.

I know that sometimes channels that I have the "app" downloaded for they show up as a duplicate in the guide and if the wrong one is selected it will not record. If the settings are all the same for the past year though and its not not working, I would recommend contacting Amazon Support to help you with the device. You can do that by visiting Amazon.com Navigating to the main menu and selecting "cutsomer service" at the bottom of the menu Select Kindle, Fire or Alexa device Select Fire TV Devices Select Device not working/damaged It will bring you to a page directing you to the Amazon Forum, if you scroll down there is a link at the bottom of that page that says "i need more help", select that option. That will give you the option to chat or have them call you. Hope that info helps. Have a good day!
