Q: QuestionMy son has stopped wearing it for a few months and now after we charge it the time is incorrect. How do we reset it to factory or change the time, because he forgot the password to the phone that we used to set up the Fitbit account.

• A:Answer Most definitely not. The only way to check blood pressure is with a blood pressure cuff or an arterial line placement. (like an IV in your artery) This model doesn't do heart rate or O2 saturation. You would need a higher level product for this.

• A:Answer It actually has to do with the ph number you used to set it up, just telling you have a message. you can change the settings on the fit bit app. so she wont get notifications.

• A:Answer I’m sure a 4year old might enjoy the neat colors and characters available , but I don’t think they would be keen to the actual step tracking function. I got it for my niece who’s 10 and she tracks her steps everywhere so her age group would be a better fit for this watch.

Q: QuestionHi, I was wondering if an adult could wear this? Is the strand big enough to fit an adult? If not, can the band be switched to an adult band. I’m currently on a budget and don’t need a fancy watch , having the time, step count, & sleep monitor is good.
