No, it will not check blood pressure. I just got one today and I’m a bit disappointed. I have an iOne watch that checks BP, Oxygen levels, beats per minute and is waterproof, but it was too wide for my wrist. My Fitbit Alta HR was a gift, and looks great. So, I guess it was a fair trade off.

No device out there will you be able to wear to "track" blood pressure throughout the day. To monitor blood pressure you will have to sit down and put the blood pressure cuff on your arm to inflate to get a reading. You can buy automatic blood pressure machines to use in-home so you don't have to go to the doctor just to read your blood pressure.
