It has a setting for biking then links to your phone when selected. Once you hit start, it runs a timer. You have to stop it and hit the finish button to see your results.

Also, one of the exercise options for the blaze is bike. I haven't used it but most exercises when you select them will keep track of your calories burned while you are doing the exercise.
