No it doesn't give you reminders to move to reach 250 steps. But you can manually setup reminders to notify you every hour.

No, but it does track how many hours a day you do make 250 steps.

No it doesnt but it will send you a message letting you know how many more steps you need to reach your daily 10000

I have not seen a reminder for the 250 steps but when you sync it shows how you did in those hours.

The Blaze does have the ability to remind you to move each hour.

you can set any goal, it will send you a message in your phone when you are close
