• Yes you can preprogram your workouts in there so it will know what you're doing

• After 15 min of walking/running/elliptical ect. it will know and track the calories. You can always just choose the workout setting on the Fit bit.

• Yes! I get between 6000 and 6600 steps during Zumba!

• Yes the Fitbit will track activities! It doesn't have a Zumba option but It does have kickboxing and I would assume that it would track it accurately if you chose that option while doing Zumba.

• Yes. There is an exetcuse feature that you set right before the activity. For zumba or mixxedFit you choose workout.
