• I purchased mine in the store and there is a little wrist rest that determines whether you need a small or large. The small has many holes and my husband can even wear mine! Just saying that you don't necessarily have to have a tiny wrist to wear the small band.

• I have a small band and it fits my thin wrist just right. I'm five notches in from the end, with no left over.

• Wrist size is good for many size wrists...there are 10 slots in the wristband

• There is a line on the back of the packages to determine wrist size. You may be able to print the sizing line to determine what size to order. Or try www.Fitbit.com to see if they have a sizing chart.
