I am male, 5ft 3 in with small wrist. Watch comes in different sizes. I bought small size and holes are adjustable. It doesn't need to be tight and I hate tight as it wouldn't be comfortable.

I have a very small wrist and size small works fine. I found it does not have to be tight. It must fit close to the skin so it can not fit like a bracelet, but like a watch.

No it does not. And when setting up you Fitbit, it actually says that it should fit loosly.
