• Yes I wear it in or on bra. I box and don't want it to record false steps.

• If your ankle is small enough for the band to fit around. Your pulse wouldn't be able to read, but I'm sure steps would.

• I don't think it can be worn on your ankle plus it wouldnt be comfortable in my opinion. As far as having it in your pocket I think it will just track your steps and this is just from personal experience. Not sure how accurate that is. Hope this helps.
