Return it right away before you drop it and crack the lense. I bought my daughter the Fitbit 4 Charge, we have only had for a little over two months and the lense is destroyed already and she did not even drop it on concrete or anything like that, just dropped in on the carpet once and our laminate floor once, and I just found out at the Fitbit website it is not even possible to replace the lense. I read at the website that some people did not even drop there Fitbit and it cracked while charging, ridiculous.
