how do you know if you should get a large or small? null

IF you go to the Fit BIt website it tells you how to find your size. You measure your wrist and it will tell you if you need a large or small.

If you're asking this question, get the large. If you get the small and it ends up being too tight, you're stuck. Plus the strap holder at the end won't be able to hold the remainder of the strap down when you widen it to its maximum diameter. With the large, you'll at least have room to play with and at its tightest will fit the smallest of wrists (mine are tiny). Hope this helps

I have an 'average' size wrist and the small is too small

I got a large because it had a lot of notches on it to go smaller. My wrist isn't large and the lady at best buy even recommended a small. She also informed me that both the small and large can be sized to a medium. My fits well and I bought the large.

I had a small flex but bought a large charge HR

unless you have a small wrist, I recommend a large. I have small wrists where I can wrap my fingers around my wrist and still have an overlap and still I wear the small on the last 2-3 holes of the fitbit.

My arms are small , and the large may not be big enough for most Men . be sure the strap fits around your arm before you purchase 1 Mine is the Large fitbitpro CH

My wrist measures 6.7 inches and I went with the large.

For most female; small is good size. Large is for male customers.
