Yes it does display the time, steps, distance, active minutes, stairs climbed, calories burned, pace, sleep timer, and stopwatch, and call notifications.

It displays the time when you press the button once or if you get the hang of it, there is a wrist action that will automatically bring up the time. All you do is raise your arm and turn your wrist slightly towards you just like your looking at a regular watch.

Yes. It displays date and time (you can choose both or just time), steps, heartbeat, distance, calories burned, and flights of stairs.

The time is a function. You can either press the button on the side or double tap the device.
